Project Details

PRAVA was the prime contractor for this Michelle-Obama award-winning design-build project. It consisted of a 16,000-sf new commercial kitchen located in central San Diego. The project included demo, underground plumbing, metal stud framing, drywall, FRP, tile flooring, painting, acoustical ceilings, doors, frames and hardware, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, walk-in refrigerator, and food service hoods. The second phase included Tenant Improvement of an existing shell space creating administration and employee spaces for the adjacent existing kitchen spaces replacements addition of HVAC units ducts.
